4. Fees and Payment
Our fees are determined based on the scope of work and will be detailed in your service agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if accounts remain unpaid.

Any applicable taxes (HST) will be added to our fees.

We use professional-grade, secure cloud-based software (such as CloudTax Pro) and implement reasonable safeguards to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no system is 100% secure, and we are not liable for data breaches beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Services are provided in accordance with the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, including Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) regulations.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. Any fees for work completed up to the date of termination will be due immediately.
